We are seeking a **Junior Brand Manager **to join our dynamic team of professionals in Milan. As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brand. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting the creation of engaging campaigns that resonate with our customers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute brand strategies in collaboration with brand manager
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Sell-in analysis aimed at understanding the business status of the categories
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (online, print, TV, etc.), collaborating with digital & media team.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target customers
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch
