MANAGER IN TRAINING
È previsto un primo periodo di training della durata di un anno a rotazione su tutti i ristoranti del gruppo presenti sul territorio italiano, durante il quale vitto e alloggio saranno a carico del cliente.
In uscita dal percorso di training la risorsa acquisirà il ruolo di Assistant Restaurant Manager e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- gestione delle risorse del ristorante inserite nei vari reparti,
- organizzazione dei turni di lavoro,
- gestione del magazzino,
- predisposizione ed invio della reportistica per la sede.

Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel settore della ristorazione commerciale e nella gestione del conto economico.

**Sono richiesti**:

- Diploma o laurea
- disponibilità full-time, su turni da lunedì a domenica
- mobilità territoriale (Centro e Nord Italia)
- automunito/a

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato diretto con l’azienda cliente e con inquadramento secondo ccnl di riferimento con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
