For the 2024-2025 edition of our **Global MBA**, we are looking for bright talents with a strong interest in international management education. We seek curious, flexible, autonomous and proactive individuals, with a strong team spirit, to join us in the role of:
**Program Support Coordinator - Global MBA**

**A few words about the Global MBAs**:
The Global MBA is a full-time program taught entirely in English, designed for young professionals with international experience. It provides a solid foundation in **General Management**, followed by specialization in one of five vertical tracks:

- _Design, Fashion and Luxury Goods_
- _Food and Wine_
- _Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses_
- _Supercars, Superbikes and Motorsports_
- _AI and Manufacturing_

The 2024-2025 edition includes **51 participants** from **15 different countries**, with an average age of **30** and at least **3 years of professional experience**.

**Required experience**
At least one year, preferably in the field of education or event management.

**What you will do**

Working alongside Program Managers and in direct contact with professors, track co-directors and students, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the daily academic and logístical operations of the program
- Managing relationships with international faculty and students
- Assisting in the organization and supervision of extracurricular activities (Company Visits, Leadership Talks, Career Mentoring, networking events, exchange programs)
- Monitoring student engagement and progress
- Maintaining continuous communication with the academic staff to ensure the quality of the educational experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent international qualification)
- At least 6 months of professional experience
