**Position Summary**:
For Cantel Medical Italy, now part of STERIS Group, we are looking for a Associate Planner to join our Supply Chain Department based in Pomezia (RM).
He/she will be responsible for the inventory replenishment activities of the plant, including planning and monitoring materials stock to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, reduce risks to run out of stock and improve overall Supply Chain performances and Customer service level.
He/she will provide support to coordinate and monitor the materials flow (inbound/outbound) to make sure sales orders are properly and timely fulfilled, working closely with Customer Service, Logistics & Warehouse and Procurement to ensure an adequate products supply to the customers.
He/she will support demand and production planning activities, monitor key metrics and run demand/forecast analysis.
**Duties**:
Develop and summarize demand forecasts using historical data, statistical techniques, sales trends, business plans, service forecasts, sales and marketing forecasts and customer projections as part of the EMEA S&OP process.
Act as liaisons between Customer Service and Operations, ensuring a proactive communication and information on backorders status and material availability to stakeholders
Keep updated production plans and ensure product supply by avoiding stock out
Work closely with other STERIS entities to get internal requisitions and purchase orders issued according to monthly forecast and ensure on time delivery
Work in close cooperation with different stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Customer service, Logistics & Warehouse, Global Supply Chain, Regional and Country business
Support and perform KPI analysis and reports
Support the creation of new tool and production/demand plans
Support the team in raising orders

**Education Degree**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management**Required Experience**:
Bachelor or Master Degree (Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent)
2 years previous experience in similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: in particular Excel
Fluent English written and spoken
Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical approach
Self-motivated and organized, flexible and willing to learn proactively
Experience gained in Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations is a plus
Passion and interest in Supply Chain
Familiar with Oracle
Ability to demonstrate effective communication
Other languages
