We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our Milan Headquarters, one of the most attractive fashion capitals in the world. You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing Luxottica's presence in the word.

You will focus on the Oakley brand, a fast-moving leader in the space, offering the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s record-breaking success.

Here some of the responsibilities you will have:

- Collaborate with Oakley global media manager and regional media coordinator
- Help the media manager to define and implement winning media strategies and plans
- Analyze and monitor global media campaigns performances (ongoing and post)
- Collect media campaigns data and insights, building reports and business cases
- Liaise with external partners (media agency) and internal stakeholders

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:

- You do not see problems, you see solutions
- You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
- You are a great performer with an excellent academic path. Indeed, have a high GPA and of course this is written in your CV
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Masters level degree study (we are not considering more than one year of experience post-graduation)
- Background in marketing/communications/media
- You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addict
- You believe that without your team nothing is possible
- Did you work or study abroad? This is great
- Fluent English andWhat other languages do you know?
- You can’t survive without your Oakley sunglasses, goggles, hoodie
- You love sports and understand the impact sports can have in life
- You are proactive, team player and able to handle complexity
- Digital savvy - You love social channels and you always want to be up to date on new digital communications platforms and tools
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize

This position will be located at our Headquarter in Milan with an opportunity to work remotely.

This is a 6-month paid internship that will start in few weeks, and which will require full-time commitment.
