Villa Blu**, elegante boutique hotel incastonato nel paesaggio mozzafiato delle Dolomiti e a pochi minuti dal cuore di **Cortina d’Ampezzo**, è alla ricerca di una figura appassionata e intraprendente da inserire nel nostro team in vista della **stagione invernale 2025/2026**, con prospettiva di collaborazione fino alle **Olimpiadi 2026**.

**Ruolo: Front & Back Office Agent**

Cerchiamo una **persona dinamica, sorridente e orientata all’ospitalità**, capace di gestire con professionalità e calore sia le attività di front office che quelle di back office.
In questo ruolo sarai il primo volto che accoglie i nostri ospiti e la mente organizzativa che contribuisce a rendere ogni soggiorno un’esperienza indimenticabile.

**Le tue responsabilità**:

- Accoglienza degli ospiti, check-in/check-out, gestione richieste in loco
- Coordinamento quotidiano con housekeeping, F&B e altri reparti
- Supporto nella gestione operativa della struttura e nella cura del guest journey

**Cosa cerchiamo**:

- Ottima conoscenza della **lingua inglese** (requisito indispensabile); conoscenza di una seconda lingua (preferibilmente tedesco) è un plus
- Buone capacità informatiche e familiarità con i principali PMS e strumenti di prenotazione
- Spiccate doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative
- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
- Passione per l’ospitalità, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità
- **Esperienza comprovata** in ruolo analogo in strutture alberghiere 3*/4*/5*
