**The Role**

**The role**

The intern will play a key part in a wide range of M&A activities including reporting, project acquisitions and disinvestments.
- Key tasks will be to:

- Support the correct, efficient and timing collection of information of M&A opportunities from different jurisdictions;
- Facilitate the preparation of the monthly reporting packages concerning different M&A opportunities;
- Assist in controlling consistency use of M&A tools;
- Work with the PMO team to keep up to date the M&A processes, templates and guidelines;
- Contribute to and participate in cross-functional and corporate projects;
- Support senior colleagues to perform valuations of renewable energy projects for acquisition or divestment
- Assist in providing relevant financial analyses of M&A projects

**Desirable skills**:

- Degree in finance, economics or similar - with a preference for exams related to company methods evaluations (in particular discounted cash flow) and accounting
- Eager to learn how to manage M&A projects, performe valuations and manage complex processes

- Speak and write English fluently
- Have a good understanding of market drivers, regulatory regimes and accounting standards - or are willing to learn
