Now we are looking for a TEAMWEAR COORDINATOR to join our Racing Department, will be responsible for the development and production of Teamwear and for conveying information to the rest of the team.

**Posizione**:
**Role responsibilities and Activities**
- Ensures the timely provision of products for the Teams, supporting artworkers’ approval and product development, monitoring the fulfillment of agreed directives within time deadlines;
- Interacts with internal parties (Legal, Racing Services, Media, President, Controlling) and external parties (Teams), to collect information for product and requests fulfilment;
- Support all modifications requested up to internal and customer approval;
- Management the relationship with external Pattern Maker, Product Designer and Product Developer;
- Follows the correct delivery of commissioned products, collecting feedbacks, implementing adjustments (if needed) and supporting the Racing Team after delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree;
- Proven experience in management roles (at least 5-10 years);
- Organizational skills, meeting deadlines, proactivity and dynamism;
- Goal and quality orientation;
- Team working orientation;
- Good communicative skills;
- Availability for travel;
- Fluency in English.
