**Waddi Srl**, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione del personale, è alla ricerca di un/una **Senior Controller Food and Beverage con pregresse esperienze nel settore Finance**per Società di un Gruppo Leader nel settore crocieristico.

**Il ruolo e il contesto**

Sarai il membro del Team che si occupa di monitorare i ricavi e i costi F&B di una flotta croceristica, condurre le analisi degli andamenti aziendali e predisporre le reportistiche sulle quali implementare strategie correttive e migliorative. Questo ruolo comporta un mix tra **competenze nel settore Food and Beverage, comprensione di realtà complesse e precisione.**

Ti occuperai di:

- **Data Analysis: analizzare dati**storici, costi, ricavi e previsioni di passeggeri per nave**.**:

- **Forecasting**: preparare tutte le **analisi necessarie per il processo di budget annuale,**garantendo simulazioni accurate e solide, oltre ad aggiornamenti mensili e trimestrali per il dipartimento F&B.
- **Monitoring**:monitoraggio dei costi e dei ricavi F&B.
- **Data Visualization**:creazione di presentazioni per mostrare analisi su costi, ricavi e l'impatto di progetti specifici.
- **Strategic Impact**:preparazione di simulazioni di business case per facilitare il processo decisionale relativo a progetti strategici.

**Il profilo ideale**

**Requisiti**:oltre 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo o similare nel **settore finance o controllo di gestione, laurea in Economia**.

**Hard Skills**
- **Microsoft Office**:conoscenza avanzata di **Excel.**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano **e dell'inglese (fluente).**:

- Buona comprensione dei **processi di budgeting e previsione.**:

- **esperienza pregressa nel settore Fodd and Beverage**

- Forti **capacità analitiche.**:

- Ottime **capacità organizzative, capacità di stabilire priorità**e di seguire le **attività fino al completamento.**:

- **Orientamento ai risultati e comprovata capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.**:

La conoscenza di altre lingue, oltre l'italiano e l'inglese.

Esperienza nel settore delle crociere.

Conoscenza di **Business Objects (BO), QSENSE e Power BI**.

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €35.000,00 al mese
