As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly, thus enhancing their overall experience with our gaming platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in utilizing our gaming services effectively, contributing to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions within our systems for effective follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Slovenian and good command of English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
- A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
