Stiamo cercando un: **ADDETTO ASSISTENZA TECNICA TOSCANA e UMBRIA** Il ruolo deve provvedere all’organizzazione e all’esecuzione delle attività di supporto tecnico relative a: avviamenti strumentazione da installare e installata presso la clientela collaudi, manutenzioni, riparazioni supporto telefonico e responsabilità nella chiusura dei lavori affidati gestione del processo di vendita dei servizi tecnici esecuzione delle trattative commerciali con lo scopo di incrementare la vendita degli stessi nell'area di competenza. Profilo richiesto: - Diplomato o laureato, preferibilmente in materie Tecniche o Chimico scientifiche; - Esperienza di lavoro almeno triennale nell'assistenza técnica, preferibilmente nel settore della strumentazione analisi acque; - Abitudine all'utilizzo dei più diffusi strumenti informatici e buona conoscenza del pacchetto "Office"; - Disponibilità a viaggiare; - Buona padronanza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo: dinamismo, imprenditorialità, ottime capacità relazionali di negoziazione e orientamento al cliente, attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e al team work; **Area di pertinenza: TOSCANA e UMBRIA**: (brevi trasferte in altre aree del territorio italiano, quando necessario). We are looking for a: **FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN TOSCANA e UMBRIA** The role must provide for the organization and execution of technical support activities relating to: - the instrumentation to be installed and installed at the customer's sites: start-up, - testing, maintenance, repairs - phone support and responsibility for closing the assigned - manage the sales process of technical services - execution of commercial negotiations with the aim of increasing the sale of the same in the area of competence. **Required profile**: - at least three years of work experience in technical assistance, preferably in the field of water analysis instrumentation; - habit to use the most popular IT tools and good knowledge of the "Office" package; - availability to travel; - Good English language skills. The profile is completed by dynamism, entrepreneurship, excellent relational skills in negotiation and customer orientation, aptitude to work towards objectives and team work; **Work Area: TOSCANA e UMBRIA** (short trips to other areas of the Italian territory, when necessary).
