**SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST**:
As part of our Marketing department, you will report to the Global Consumer and Trade Marketing Director work closely with Digital Sales, supporting the team activities and managing external relations with consumers, influencers, agencies.
**Main activities and accountabilities**:
Aligning with the Global Team on co-ordinating product and campaign launches
Create, scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels, including our global social pages
Work on covering local and global swimming news and events
First-level customer support for users writing to social media channels (English)
Seeding products and liaising with key social ambassadors & influencers
Monitor social media trends & new developments
Analyse social media performance in key categories
Provide monthly key KPI reports

**Requirements**:
Bachelor or Master´s degree in Economics, Marketing & Communication, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media specific roles
English fluent both spoken and written
A good understanding of Facebook’s Ad Manager and Meta
Experience in writing creative and engaging content
Strong copywriting and reviewing skills
An understanding of influencer marketing
Open and collaborative attitude
Keen on sports / sports practice, preferably with a background understanding/interest in competitive swimming
