Your Impact
As a \_\_Senior Quantitative Researcher\_\_, you’ll be at the forefront of financial machine learning, crafting high-performance systematic trading strategies. What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize systematic trading strategies across equities, fixed income, and commodities.
- Design and validate predictive models using state-of-the-art financial machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with ML and data teams to integrate cutting-edge models into Axyon AI’s core framework.
- Enhance data pipelines and infrastructure for seamless model deployment.
- Stay ahead of the curve—explore emerging trends in quant finance, AI, and deep learning.

What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record in quantitative research, systematic trading, or portfolio management.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in financial ML and statistical modeling.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
- Passion for problem-solving, a sharp analytical mindset, and fluent English communication (Italian not required).
