**365 gradi** è una società di consulenza manageriale che opera nel campo delle risorse umane. In un’ottica di sviluppo commerciale e crescita interna, stiamo ricercando un/a **Sales & Marketing Intern.**

La risorsa sarà inserita con un progetto di tirocinio di sei mesi, sarà a diretto contatto con la direzione commerciale e con la società esterna per la definizione delle azioni sales and marketing da piano condiviso.

Attività e compiti previsti a supporto:

- impostazione del piano media e commerciale
- gestione e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale;
- creazione e invio di newsletter dedicate;
- aggiornamento e mantenimento delle pagine social e del sito web;
- gestione dell’agenda del team dei consulenti;
- analisi dei competitors.

Richiesto:

- diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo Marketing e/o Comunicazione;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto adobe.

Requisiti preferenziali:

- flessibilità e proattività;
- predisposizione al digital thinking;
- creatività e capacità comunicative.

Riteniamo sia importante essere appassionata/o di comunicazione, social marketing e di strumenti come la fotografia, il video making.
