Business Order Administration & Customer Service work focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues -Tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
- Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments -Analyzing and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.

Ihr Profil
- Experience in customer service
- Very good computer skills and ERP, CRM
- Experience in Sales Backoffice
- Basic Marketing Skills for industrial goods in B2B environment
- Confidence and dexterity in dealing with customer inquiries about offers made.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
- Methodological skills
- Customer oriented
- Confident, strong assertive team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Local language - Italian proficiency
- English CEFR A2 (elementary)
