We are looking for a **Retail Specialist (Chinese speaker)**.

**Key responsibilities**:
**SELLOUT AND REPORTING**
- Support with ad-hoc analysis related to Field Force with the aim to optimize POS sell-out performance based on Cluster achievement.
- POS Panel database management in the Reporting.
- Support with the daily communication and Reporting with the Western Europe team, managing the requests and ensuring timely execution of tasks, including compiling and delivering reports as needed.

**RETAIL VISIBILITY SUPPORT**
- Support with High-value assets (LDU) management, from ordering and display to recollection.
- Support with Reporting of visibility activities, launches and special events (including Excel and presentations).
- Support the management of central logistic warehouse, ensure timely distribution of all visibility materials on field.
- Budget management support (PO, Quotations and Invoices management in cooperation with Finance and suppliers).
- Visibility materials ordering process from China HQ, CN-IT logistics coordination.
- Collection of Digital Joint Intelligence insights as well as Offline retail activities of competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economy, Marketing or related fields.
- Fluent in Italian and Chinese Languages.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint). Power BI will be considered as a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in trade and retail marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and SO performance optimization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, creative mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines.
- Passionate about the mobile industry and technology market.
