Il team Supermoney - Progetto Telco dell'azienda Penta Servizi è alla ricerca di un/una Customer support agent per la sede di Messina. La risorsa che cerchiamo ha il compito di gestire la comunicazione con i clienti lungo l’intero customer journey e attraverso chiamata o chat.

Le tue responsabilità:

- Gestire in autonomia l’interazione multicanale con i clienti, presentare l’offerta commerciale e gestire trattative commerciali secondo le indicazioni aziendali;
- Gestire in autonomia appuntamenti pianificati e non pianificati e rispondere alle richieste dei clienti;
- Garantire la gestione dei volumi di lead assegnati;
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita assegnati;
- Individuare opportunità di up
- o cross-selling, negoziare con i clienti e chiudere trattative secondo le indicazioni aziendali;
- Supportare la gestione di backoffice delle compravendite e la gestione post-vendita dei clienti, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.

Cosa cerchiamo:

- Esperienza mínima nell’attività di vendite e customer care in ambito telefonico ed energetico
- Buone doti comunicative;
- Forte orientamento al risultato
- Approccio pratico nell’identificazione di problemi e soluzioni;
