Marni is looking for a J**unior E-commerce Operations Specialist **for its E-commerce Team, based in Milan. **Job Resonsabilities** - Ensure Daily digital operations back-end in alignment with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain the relationship with Logistics and Treasury Department to address critical situations - Support with the close monitoring of Ecommerce/Omnichannel fulfillment operations (inbound, outbound) through the entire supply chain and omnichannel stores ensuring all SLA’s are properly set and achieved - Monitor Refunds/Appeasements and Promo code usage in order to meet sales targets - Supporting planning activities related to e-commerce shooting in close collaboration with logistic and marketing department - Monitor payments methods adoptions/ performance and costs by country to identify efficiencies and business opportunities - Support in order to reduce fraud rate and optimize the chargeback process and monitoring of supplier’s performances - Support in building business cases in case investments are needed to upgrade our value proposition - Contributes and assists in project execution and delivers analysis according to business needs and requirements. - Helps in managing IT projects, making sure that the requirements are being met and analyze the results. - Analyzes historical and trending KPIs, calendar shifts and promotional/markdown cadences to ensure profitability, collaborating on channel-specific promotions **Requirements and Qualifications** - Degree in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related studies - 1/2 years of experience working on eCommerce Operations in an international environment - Thrive for improving procedures and find solutions to problems, with a data-driven approach - Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among colleagues and external partners - Well-developed understanding for data analysis and interpretation, as well as for eCommerce technological platforms such as Payment Service Provider, Order management System, Warehouse Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of any OMS / WMS tools would be a plus - Demonstrated strong analytical skills and aptitude - Enthusiastic individual, open minded and sociable, keen on working and relating with people in a dynamic and challenging environment - Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills LI-FI **Location**: Milano, IT Employment Type: Full time Function: Retail Seniority: Professional
