IT Operations Intern

You would join our IT Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the IT Operations Expert.

About The Role

As an IT Operations Intern you will provide 1st level support and maintain our devices in order to help stabilize our rapid growth in collaboration with the IT Operations department.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Deliver on-prem and remote IT support for sennder Italia;
- Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android endpoints in the corporate environment, using best practices and MSEM / Intune;
- Manage meeting room equipment and support related gear;
- Manage accounts in Google Workspace, MS 365, Slack, Salesforce, and many others;
- Manage local IT inventory;
- Plan, execute and support internal IT projects.

**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**:

- A team player approach;
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving and service attitude;
- Great adaptability to new technologies with an enjoyment for optimization and automation;
- Excellent communication skills with a good level of Italian and English language (required), other languages are a plus;
- Great organizational skills and diligent way of working;
- Capability to work alone on-site and collaborate with a globally distributed team.
