**What You’ll Do**
- Lead private walking tours tailored to small groups
- Share engaging stories and insights about Venice’s culture, landmarks, and history
- Personalize the tour based on guests’ interests
- Answer questions and ensure guests have an unforgettable experience
- Adapt to group needs and keep tours smooth and enjoyable

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent knowledge of Venice, its history, and cultural highlights
- Fluency in at least one of: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Comfortable leading experiences that range from 3 to 8 hours
- Passion for local cuisine is a plus—we offer food-focused tours as well
- No professional guide experience required, but hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus
