For our office in **Limito di Pioltello (MI)** we are looking for a **Financial Controller**

**Responsibility**
- Analyse, improve, challenge and optimize the different processes regarding the estimations of the work in progress and gross profit.
- Provides relevant and correct feedback towards RSSC in terms of monthly comments, business cases, ad-hoc request.
- Evaluate and assess the site results and propose different initiatives to improve profitability towards long term Group targets.
- Ensure the forecast of the month with the evolution of the business is provided to the site managers/local/regional MD’s.
- Follow the budget process in order to ensure that the Group/Regional deadlines are met.
- Follow-up together with the Local team the balance sheet reconciliations and escalate any risk we might have.
- Ensure and provide follows-up on the Webcost/operational KPI’s.
- Ensure that the different Financial processes are respected locally not only by the Finance employees but also Operational persons.
- Supports the preparation of the Local GAAP reporting as well as participate in the audit of the Local accounts.
- Assists with the IFRS audit by providing local relevant information requested by the auditors.
- Lead the Rolling Forecast process in order to ensure that the Group/Regional deadlines are met.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of the synergy business cases.

**Your Background**
- Qualified Controller with at least 5 years of proven Finance experience with solid experience in Accounting, Business Performance, Planning and analysis
- MS Office, SAP BPC/ERP
- Fluent in English and Italian
