Founded by industry veterans, we pride ourselves on crafting games that stand out for their creativity and attention to detail. While our headquarters are in the heart of Milan, we offer the flexibility of full remote work, allowing you to collaborate with us from anywhere in the world.

As an **Environment Artist**, you will be responsible for creating high-quality environments that enhance the visual experience of our games. You will collaborate closely with concept artists, designers and programmers to ensure that your art integrates seamlessly into the game world, contributing to the overall aesthetic and gameplay experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 3D environments, including landscapes, buildings, and props, using industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Develop textures and materials to bring environments to life, ensuring they are visually stunning and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with level designers to ensure environments support gameplay and narrative goals.
- Work closely with the Art Director and the art team to maintain a consistent visual style across all environments.
- Optimize assets for performance while maintaining high visual quality.
- Work with directors and production teams to estimate and plan tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Environment Artist in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of environmental design principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
