We are searching for a Production Supervisor who will supervise a shift team’s progress against work plans as defined by Production Management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. You will cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

**This position reports to**:
Production Supervisor

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist management and shift team in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
- Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
- Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages or shifting priorities.
- Serve as leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
- Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery.
- Ensure the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in management.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in team management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem solving, focus on success and motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved.
