We are recruiting a professional to join our **Transfer Pricing** team in **Bologna**, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.
- Structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and the OECD guidelines, under the supervision of more senior consultants;
- Analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management;
- Analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts;
- Performance of benchmarking analysis;
- Drafting of transfer pricing documentation under the supervision of more senior consultants;

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

- 1 year of experience with firms specializing in Transfer Pricing;
- Master’s degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01);
- Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Flexible and dynamic approach.
- Master's degree in Tax Law.

Stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire nel nostro team di** Transfer Pricing**a** Bologna**, che si occuperà di analisi fiscali internazionali finalizzate alla determinazione dei prezzi di trasferimento di beni, servizi e operazioni finanziarie tra società appartenenti allo stesso gruppo industriale o finanziario, al fine di definire correttamente la base imponibile in ciascuna giurisdizione fiscale in cui opera il gruppo.

In particolare, la risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Strutturare ed eseguire analisi di conformità alla normativa fiscale italiana e alle linee guida OCSE, sotto la supervisione di consulenti più esperti;
- Analizzare la catena del valore dei gruppi attraverso interviste al management;
- Analizzare bilanci e contratti infragruppo;
- Eseguire analisi di benchmarking;
- Redigere la documentazione sul transfe
