SYNLAB has created a fully funded corporate start-up, named _SYNLAB Health For You_ with the aim to create a digital health care offering for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market. For the setup of our teams, we are looking for digital-minded personalities who share the vision to create actionable health insights for our customers leveraging the expertise of Europe’s leading laboratory diagnostics provider.
You will be hired in according to the Italian law with an Italian contract.
**Posizione**:
**Role**
For our early start-up phase, we are looking for a result driven and hands-on minded individual who is keen to learn and grow in a corporate start-up environment. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management through the life cycle of the D2C product. This includes planning and overseeing the project from the build-phase via MVP to a nation-wide market launch. Your role is to ensure that all key deliverables are always completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Together with the management you will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. You will serve as the “Swiss army knife” for the overall project, ensuring timely, effective, and impactful delivery.
We are therefore looking for an outgoing personality with solid communication skills and a good self-discipline with the ability to create structure, who is thriving to take up the challenge.
This role can develop into a market lead role position in the mid
- to long-term for which we are currently searching as well.
**Requisiti**:
**Main tasks**
- Acts as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders from project inception through completion
- Develop project schedules, coordinate project status meetings, manage resources throughout the project life cycle
- Align with the domain owners across the business
- Regularly reports status to stakeholders and ensures delivery to schedule and budget
- Ensure stakeholder management and adequate communication with the legacy business
- Report the roll-out progress in regular dashboards to the management
- Escalate feedback directly to the program lead and act as Single Point of Contact for the country project for internal clients and other stakeholders
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar domain
- Experience in strategy consulting, the D2C business, the scale-up of a start-up or new market entry is beneficial
**Qualification**
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience
- Proven strong communication and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work structured in an ambiguous environment
- Experience in the customer facing D2C business segment
- Fluent in Italian and English
**Mobility**
- Willing to travel - expected level of travel of this position is approximately 20-50%
- Ideally located in the Greater Milano area or willing to relocate there
