**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a **CRM Specialist** to join our CRM team. You will learn how to manage a loyalty program and CRM campaigns.

**What you will do**:

- Contribute to the strategic and operational management of the loyalty program
- Definition of audiences, goals, communication channels and KPIs of CRM activities
- Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIs on a monthly basis
- Campaigns and performances reporting
- Work with plenty of different teams inside of the Company
- Help Customer Service in solving tickets related to our activities
- Interact with external partners and service providers
- Competitors’ analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and bring new ideas

**Requirements for this role**:

- Fluent in Italian and English
- Bachelor degree in economics/marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (CRM or loyalty programs)
- Very good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Very good Google Drive knowledge (especially Google Sheet)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Team working and multitasking skills

**Preferred skills**:

- Basic knowledge of html language is a plus
- Experience with CRM and CDP platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented working method
- Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve
