**Your role**
- Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?
- We're looking for someone like that, to:
- Partner with client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries, stock orders, payments, etc.
- Support with client and prospect meetings, ensuring the “UBS experience” delivery
- Collaborate with specialists for investment proposals preparation
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- Play a pivotal role for exceptional deals across Italy (e.g., M&A transaction inflow management)
- Build a solid knowledge on key UBS products/ initiatives (e.g. Private Markets), to act as “in-desk” Subject Matter Expert
- Lead key prospecting initiatives (e.g., Lead Qualification)
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

- Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
- Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

- Your team
- You’ll be working in the Market Service Specialist team in Milan
- As Market Service Specialist, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- A flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- Passion in financial markets, numbers and products
- An interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team, keen to get your hands dirty
- The ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Start date: 4th September
