La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Supervisione della sala durante la preparazione e presenza operativa sul servizio;
- Accogliere i clienti, prendere le ordinazioni;
- Seguire il cliente durante tutta l’esperienza ristorativa;
- Occuparsi della formazione del personale secondo gli standard LQA;
- Ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti con elevati standard di servizio (hotel di lusso e/o ristoranti stellati);
- Ha un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e di quella inglese; la conoscenza di un’altra lingua costituisce un plus;
- È disponibile a lavorare su turni;
Completano il profilo: professionalità, discrezionalità, affidabilità, capacità di lavorare in team, precisione, flessibilità ed una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale.
La residenza e/o il domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
