**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?**

As **Health, Safety & Environment Intern **you will be part of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Team in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

You will be responsible for:

- ** Help shaping the future**_: _**contribute, with an added value proposition, to the creation and promotion of the **ESG aspects** (Environmental, Social, Governance) by supporting the company’s strategy towards a more sustainable approach.
- ** Experience cooperation**_: _**build a solid relationship with the local Health, Safety & Environment team but strongly interact with other various business functions (HR, Governance, Purchasing). Support the entire HSE team in the various micro-projects like environmental surveys, data analysis, environmental KPI monitoring, presentations and awareness-raising events creations on sustainability issues,.
- ** Take on responsibility**_: _**The company is certified ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, which means that it gives the maximum commitment to the protection of the environment and its workers through setting improvement goals. You will be able to support the HSE team in auditing activities, training and awareness-raising related topics.
- ** Experience continuous growth**_: _**gain specific knowledge and skills in cross-cutting topics like waste management, emergency management, training plans, health surveillance, and the use of management systems aimed at monitoring and maintaining regulatory compliance on safety and environmental issues.

**Qualifications**:

**_ Education:_** Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering.

**_ Know-how/Organizational and Personal Skills:_**
- Problem Solving & proactivity
- Interest in HSE related topics

**_ Languages:_** Fluent Italian and English
