**Position**:
The position is based in Rome. Fendi is seeking a high caliber Retail Merchandiser Woman Leathergoods to contribute to the development of one of the most important category for the company. He/She will ensure, along with the team, that the department strategy and sales plans are achieved working alongside product teams.
**Main responsibilities**
- Support in defining the central buying vision, set the core assortment and buying guidelines.
- Proactively analyze sales data and trends and use data to influence decisions in buying meetings.
- Manage & successfully provide weekly, seasonal and ad hoc reports to summarise, analyse & identify key drivers with the view to propose any necessary trading action.
- Build collaborative relationships across all departments including Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Supply Chain and Marketing teams.
- Actively manage with Supply Chain continuity products.
- Manage department OTB, in season trading, identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate and support in all the activities related to the Buying Campaign.
**Profile**:
- Currently a junior merchandiser or merchandiser (from 1 to 3 years) looking for an exciting opportunity.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly numerate and analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
