**Function**:
**Are you our new** Customer Service - Sales Support**?**
At our site in Italy, Busto Arsizio, we are looking for a Customer Service - Sales Support to be the bridge between TML and our customers.
- Your Responsibilities:_
- **Be the first point of contact for customers**: represent our company and ensure timely and accurate handling of customer needs.
- **Manage order registration and follow-up**, providing essential information to customers and colleagues.
- **Coordinate and communicate** well with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up and help build the **client portfolio** and **sales pipeline**.
