**LCA **è uno studio legale indipendente e full service, specializzato nell’assistenza legale e fiscale d’impresa, con sedi in Italia, a Milano, Genova, Roma e Treviso (all’interno dell’incubatore tecnologico H-Farm), e negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, a Dubai, dove opera in International Partnership con IAA Law Firm.

**Posizione**:
Il team Your Legal Counsel (YLC) di LCA è alla ricerca di un/a Associate (minimo 2 anni PQE), per opportunità di secondment presso una società che offre soluzioni per il settore dei servizi digitali e della tecnologia con sede a Milano.

**Requisiti**:
Must have:

- titolo di laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza;
- conoscenza del diritto societario e commerciale ed esperienza nella redazione di contratti in materia di riservatezza, IOT, cloud, AI, licenze, contratti fornitori in generale;
- conoscenza a livello professionale della lingua inglese. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua francese;
- buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office
