The **Rental e-commerce Assistant Manager **is responsible of developing and improving new projects related to e-commerce, subscriptions, and digital Customer Experience, in accordance with KIA vision and plans.

By gaining the collaboration of all the involved parties, the Rental e-commerce Assistant Manager delivers effective projects able to meet Customer’s needs. S/he is proactive in seeking new ideas, suggestions and solutions (even out of automotive industry) to define and improve the value proposition of the projects. The Rental e-commerce Assistant Manager is keen in managing projects and stakeholders (e.g. KIT, KE, HAEE, HCBE) with high precision and autonomy and is target oriented to meet deadlines, achieve targets and all the necessary milestones.

**Your Mission**:
The Rental e-commerce Assistant Manager ensures that new projects are developed on schedule and that the related platforms are properly administered and maintained.

More in details, for **Online Sales**, the Rental e-commerce AM:

- Maintains the online platform, displaying updated offers and contents
- Runs market benchmarking to keep the best offer positioning
- Suggests the best strategy to make the channel as attractive as possible, including marketing plan
- Delivers regular and ad hoc reports about the project results and trend
- Coordinates all the IT developments needed
- Makes training to Field force and Dealers

For** Car subscriptions project**:

- Analyses the market to deliver a complete benchmark study
- Supports the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and Customer Experience
- Takes care of the relationship with external parties to run the operations
- Gives support to Dealers in case of need
- Evaluates business performance to propose commercial campaigns or any action to promote the business
- Coordinates the implementation of the Marketing plan to improve awareness and achieve target

For all the other projects involving a digital contact with Customers, the Rental e-commerce AM is involved to define processes and Customer/Dealer journeys.

**Your Talents**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economic, engineering or related fields
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, leasing/rental experience nice to have
- English: fluent, spoken and written
- MS-office proficient
- IT systems management (incl. Tableau)
- Project Management
- Team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability

**Contractual grade**: First Level CCNL or above.
