Job description/specification
We are looking for a professional to take on the role of Field Service Technician. You will be part of an international Team where you will work together with the Subsidiary Director.

The position will be based on the Nonius Rome Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for low complexity project delivery;
- Responsibility over Customer communication / satisfaction related with project delivery;
- Within the scope of execution of tasks / worksheets of Projects:
- Configuration of Telecommunications and Multimedia equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, TVs, STBs, camera, Appliances, Servers...)
- Coordination with other Company Product Units for Content, Cloud components for a project delivery;
- Reports execution of surveys to structured networks and wifi in coordination with Field Technicians;
- Preparation of technical task report / maintenance worksheets;
- Field Technician task coordination capacity (own and contracted);
- Support planned field interventions and follow up of the issues;
- Produce technical report and execute project handover to Customer Support;
- Internal IT operations coordinated by the IT Nonius department.

Must Have
- A degree in Telecommunication, computer science, eletronics and engineering or any related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Technical training in networking or work experience that can be considered equivalent
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Fluent in Italian
- Knowledge of English
- Availability to travel
- Valid Drivers License

Nice to have
- Knowledge of Information Technologies applied in Hotel Projects
- CCNA or other switching/routing courses
- Ability to work in WAN/LAN environment
