Match People, la società di Head Hunting specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di **Personale qualificato di senior e middle management**, è attualmente alla ricerca di:
- n°1 Area Manager Service nell'area del Centro Sud, per azienda nel settore delle automazioni degli edifici, con sede a Frascati (RM).
**Posizione**:
La risorsa, alle dipendenze del responsabile Commerciale della Business Unit Services (che risiede in sede) ed in collaborazione con un collega già presente in organico, si occuperà di:
- gestire la vendita di contratti di manutenzione e/o retrofit di Sistemi di Building Automation a servizio della gestione degli impianti tecnologici di edifici non residenziali (Uffici,Ospedali,Università,Hotel) nell'area Centro Sud.
Gli interlocutori saranno principalmente i responsabili manutenzione, i direttori tecnici o i responsabili acquisti di utenti finali e/o enti.
**Requisiti**:
La risorsa ideale possiede:
- Istruzione: Diploma o laurea triennale in Elettrotécnica, Termotécnica o Automazione.
- Precedenti esperienze di vendita (almeno 2-3 anni) di servizi o prodotti nell'ambito del settore impiantistico meccanico (Riscaldamento e/o Climatizzazione) o elettrico (Building Automation - Domotica -Sicrezza - Fotovoltaico).
- Età: 30-40 anni.
- Residenza: Roma e Provincia.
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Si offre:
RAL commisurata in base all'esperienza tra i 30000€ e i 40000€ + Auto Aziendale + Telefono aziendale + Pc aziendale.
Si offre contratto CCNL Commercio - Terziario - No Quadri o Dirigenti.
