**Posizione**:
**FIGURA RICERCATA**:L’ esperto di ServiceNow verrà inserito a capo di un team dalle diverse competenze al fine di potenziare la piattaforma.
**RESPONSABILITÀ**:
- Disegnare nuove soluzioni software;
- Rispettare le esigenze evolutive dei clienti nella realizzazione dei progetti;
- Realizzare i requisiti richiesti utilizzando le best practice e gli standard del vendor;
- Collaborare con i responsabili tecnici.
- Affiancare e guidare le nuove risorse junior.
**Requisiti**:
**REQUISITI IMPRESCINDIBILI**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o Scienze dell’informazione;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni con ServiceNow;
- Esperienze di integrazione di ServiceNow con altre soluzioni tecnologiche;
- Certificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator;
- Certificazione ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti: ITSM, ITOM, HR;
- Certificazione ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management;
- Conoscenza di LDAP, SSL, SSO;
- Conoscenza di XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services.
**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Attitudine a lavorare in gruppo;
- Technical problem solving;
- Proattività e creatività;
- Capacità di team leading e coordination.
