Within the GCAP Joint Venture, in the International Communication area, we are looking for a Media & Digital Communications Manager for GCAP HQ in Reading (UK).
The person we identify will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement media and digital communications strategies that maintain a positive reputation for the GCAP Programme in global and regional markets.
- Manage global media relations, create and distribution of press releases, and act as first line for media inquiries.
- Protect and safeguard the reputation of GCAP and the company’s performance on the programme.
- Oversee digital content for use on social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on relevant media coverage and digital engagement metrics.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of digital communications with global strategies.
- Collaborate with the National Communications Advisors to adapt content and strategies to local audiences.
- Work closely with the Brand, Marketing & Events Manager on the design and delivery of events including trade show and speaking engagements.
- Establish and maintain essential tools, processes, subscriptions and licenses required for all media and social media activities.
- Work closely GCAP government representatives and industry partners to ensure co-ordinate of all external communications activities and alignment on key messages.
- Responsible for ensuring the clearance of all materials with relevant parties (security, government)
- Maintain reputational lines to take and media training programme for approved spokespeople.
- Manage subscriptions, licenses and third-party agencies.
Seniority:
Senior, Strong experience in media relations (5-8years+) and digital communications.
Hard skills:
- Expertise in social media, content creation, and digital platforms.
- Ability to implement global digital strategies in diverse markets.
- Crisis management experience.
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication;
- Collaboration;
- Relationship-building skills.
Linguistics skills:
Excellent English, written and verbal communication abilities (C1).

All'interno della Joint Venture GCAP, nell'area International Communication, siamo alla ricerca di un Media & Digital Communications Manager da inserire nell’HQ a Reading (UK).
La persona che selezioneremo si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di comunicazione media e digitale che mantengano una reputazione positiva per il Programma GCAP nei mercati globali e regionali.
- Gestire le relazioni media globali, la creazione e distribuzione di comunicati stampa e fungere da primo punto di contatto per le richieste dei media.
- Proteggere e tutelare la reputazione di GCAP e le performance aziendali nel programma.
- Supervisionare i contenuti digitali per l'uso sui social media, sul sito web e su altre piattaforme digitali.
- Monitorare e riportare la copertura mediatica rilevante e le metriche di coinvolgimento digitale.
- Garantire la coerenza e l'allineamento delle comunicazioni digitali con le strategie globali.
- Collaborare con i National Communications Advisors per adattare contenuti e strategie ai pubblici locali.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il Brand, Marketing & Events Manager nella progettazione e realizzazione di eventi, inclusi fiere e interventi come relatori.
- Stabilire e mantenere gli strumenti essenziali, i processi, le sottoscrizioni e le licenze necessarie per tutte le attività media e social media.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i rappresentanti governativi GCAP e i partner industriali per coordinare tutte le attività di comunicazione esterna e allinearsi sui messaggi chiave.
