Avvia, pianifica e sviluppa processi e progetti per assicurare il miglioramento continuo del prodotto e del processo stesso, agendo attraverso creazione, standardizzazione e revisione delle fasi risultate carenti in termini di applicazioni specifiche, metodi qualità, validazione attrezzature, analisi dei potenziali modi di guasto etc.; si assicura di condividere e diffondere il miglioramento a livello di gruppo. Supervisiona le attività del laboratorio e garantisce che il piano di prove/attività concordate col cliente venga evaso correttamente.

**Responsabilità**
- Supporto ai Customer Service nell’analisi reclami sui plant del Gruppo, allo scopo di identificare la robustezza della causa radice e sua collocazione nelle 4M
- Valutare la robustezza e fattibilità delle specifiche tecniche, dei metodi qualità, delle procedure di validazione prodotto / processo / attrezzatura, in relazione al problema in analisi, richieste Cliente o a nuove RFQ in entrata
- In ottica di gestione del rischio, proporre migliorie e modifiche a livello HQ sui progetti di sviluppo dei cablaggi (dall’analisi dei rischi sui singoli componenti, alla validazione delle attrezzature e dei processi di manufacturing)
- Assicurare che le revisioni delle specifiche qualità Sews Cabind Group siano diffuse, comprese ed applicate in maniera trasversale.
- Contribuire all’identificazione di migliorie che possono diventare Lesson Learned di Gruppo
- Supportare i plant nelle loro attività di Incoming Inspection, per quanto riguarda l’efficace reazione dei fornitori impattati da eventuali reclami
- Coordinare i pilastri di Gruppo denominati “Standardization” e “Incoming Inspection & Laboratory” secondo le road map dei pilastri stessi
- Coordinare le attività di prova del laboratorio e le tarature strumenti, con l’obiettivo di mantenere le date preventivamente concordate con i diversi richiedenti e garantire la conformità delle attività secondo i requisiti IATF.
- Supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti o modifiche importanti, attraverso la gestione delle prove di laboratorio previste dai capitolati Cliente
**Competenze**
- Laurea o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente della lingua francese
- Spiccate doti comunicative e di mediazione
- Spiccate doti di problem solving e proattività
- Buone doti di negoziazione e orientamento al risultato
- Capacità di lavorare sotto stress
**Esperienza richiesta**
- Pregressa esperienza maturata in mansioni analoghe; preferibilmente nel settore automotive.
- Esperienza nell’applicazione dei principali tools qualità (4M, 5 why’s, 8D, Kaizen, ecc )
- Conoscenza della norma IATF
- Conoscenza dell’MSA 4° edizione manuale AIAG
