**Descrizione profilo**:
Professionista strategico e operativo, capace di unire gusto estetico e intuito commerciale con capacità analitiche per massimizzare le vendite di prodotti ad alto turnover, a basso prezzo e forte appeal emotivo. Lavora per garantire un’esperienza di acquisto coinvolgente e redditizia, guidata dai dati ma sensibile alle tendenze e alle dinamiche di consumo istantaneo.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Definire e ottimizzare l’assortimento per categoria (gadget, beauty, home, tech accessories, stationery, ecc.) in linea con il posizionamento lifestyle del brand.
- Monitorare le performance dei prodotti nei diversi punti vendita (o canali online/offline) per ottimizzare la rotazione e ridurre l'invenduto.
- Analizzare dati di sell-out, stock, margini e rotazione per supportare decisioni rapide su

replenishment, promozioni o phase-out.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con buyer e visual merchandiser per garantire una

presentazione coerente, impattante e data-driven.
- Identificare trend emergenti (stagionali, estetici o di consumo) e proporre azioni tempestive basate su insight quantitativi e qualitativi.
- Sviluppare forecast veloci e agili per supportare il lancio di collezioni rapide e dinamiche.
- Contribuire alla strategia di category management, pricing psicologico e bundle/promozioni.

**Competenze chiave**:

- Esperienza con modelli di vendita a rotazione rapida e ad alta impulsività.
- Ottime capacità analitiche, con conoscenza avanzata di Excel e strumenti di BI.
- Approccio agile e flessibile, con attitudine al problem solving in contesti dinamici.
- Forte orientamento al cliente e comprensione del comportamento d’acquisto d’impulso.
- Sensibilità estetica per comprendere cosa “funziona a scaffale” e visivamente nel punto

vendita.

Velocità decisionale, proattività, spirito commerciale, pensiero visivo, attenzione al dettaglio.

**Titoli preferenziali**:
Laurea in ambito Economia, Marketing, Design del prodotto, Retail Management.

Esperienza pregressa in realtà retail lifestyle, fast retail, concept store, o brand giovani e dinamici.
