Per storico General Contractor in fortissima espansione, stiamo ricercando un Proposal Coordinator per la sede di Roma.
**Responsibilities**

La figura ricercata, a diretto riporto del Proposal Manager, sarà responsabile dell'intero processo di preparazione delle offerte assegnate, analizzando le specifiche tecniche richieste dal cliente, raccogliendo le stime dei costi di preventivo, fino alla quantificazione del prezzo finale.

Le principali attività saranno:

- Ricevere, verificare e gestire i documenti da presentare in gara e provvedere alla preparazione dei documenti tecnici necessari per le Richieste di Offerta, elaborando l'Offerta Tecnica ed interfacciandosi con i vari uffici coinvolti (amministrazione, ufficio tecnico, direzione, ufficio acquisti, direzione técnica);
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori per sviluppare la valutazione dei costi diretti;
- Preparare il pacchetto di gara per i fornitori: computi metrici, capitolati, specifiche tecniche e tavole al fine di far quotare il prodotto al fornitore nel modo più preciso possibile in collaborazione con il team di lavoro;
- Individuare eventuali partner che, per presenza locale, valenza tecnologica e referenze, possano contribuire ad aumentare la competitività dell'offerta finale;
- Gestire la procedura di qualifica dei fornitori della società.

**Your Profile**

Il profilo ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea Architettura/Ingegneria Edile;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, maturata all'interno di operatori presenti nella filiera della realizzazione di grandi opere civili (general contractor, società di ingegneria, società di costruzioni);
- Ottima conoscenza di AutoCAD;
- Approfondita conoscenza nell'ingegneria dei costi (preventivazione, analisi, controllo);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza di MS Project;
- Esperienza in progetti con valore superiore ai 10 milioni di €;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare saltuariamente trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

L'offerta contrattuale e retributiva sarà commisurata all'effettiva esperienza ed alle aspettative economiche della persona selezionata.
