**Job Title**: Lead Interior Designer / Sales Executive (Furniture & Kitchens)

**Location**: Kingdom of Bahrain (Relocation to Kingdom of Bahrain required)

We are expanding our team and seeking a Lead Interior Designer who will also serve as a Sales Executive—a professional who can design inspiring spaces while driving showroom sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Showroom Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and kitchen solutions.
- Provide detailed product information including features, materials, pricing, and availability.
- Assist clients in visualizing their selections using samples, catalogs, and digital tools.
- Prepare and present quotations; follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Stay informed on current promotions, inventory status, and new product arrivals.
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing, up to date, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking of key showroom items.
- Support and participate in showroom promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Meet or exceed personal and showroom sales targets.

**Interior Design & Project Oversight**:

- Meet with clients to assess and define interior design requirements.
- Advise on space planning, layout, furnishings, finishes, and color coordination.
- Use CAD, 3DMax, or similar tools to develop conceptual and working plans.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and material lists for project execution.
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
- Supervise site work to ensure compliance with design standards and deadlines.
- Address technical issues during project execution and resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals as needed.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status and client feedback.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- 3-8 years of proven interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in sales within the furniture and kitchen industry.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
