On behalf of our esteemed client, a Fashion Sportswear Brand, we are recruiting the following figure, to join their offices in Stabio:
**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / FASHION SPORTSWEAR BRAND / STABIO**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Correspond with vendors and manage any possible issues
- Execute expense report reviews
- Review invoice information and reconciliation with purchase orders/items received
- Enhance strong collaboration with each department in order to receive approval for payments on time
- Achieve continuous improvement of the payment process
- Support the integration with treasury for payment schedules
- Perform the collection and daily book-keeping of incoming invoices, both goods, and services
- Perform analysis of accounts and other monthly reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business/economics, finance, accounting, or any other related field
- At least 1/2 years of experience as Accounts Payable
- Fashion Industry Experience is preferred
- Pro-active, solution-oriented and Can-do attitude
- **Fluent in ENGLISH (is mandatory)**
- Fluent/Native ITALIAN
