Safety and Quality Assistant in Aeroderivative Flow

In this role, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Operations Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans.
You will ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards.

As a Safety and Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)
- Promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority
- Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)
- Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engaging, if necessary, the relevant Support Function
- Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation
- Supporting operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department
- Supporting consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition, and line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD )

- Be fluent both in Italian and in English (oral and written)
- Be high-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams
- Display strong oral and written communication skills.
- Hold EU work permit
