TXT effectively supports, through its group companies, clients in high-tech markets, in their mission, core business-critical processes, and throughout the lifecycle of their projects. **Junior Project Manager**: In a highly dynamic and professionalizing environment, PGMD Consulting is looking for a Junior Project Manager to be placed on projects in the Marche region, who will become part of a dynamic team, working for PAs or Regional Health System entities. **Main responsibilities**: Build project plans shared with the various facilities in Operations; Monitor plans and take corrective actions; Draft project documents and progress reports (SAL); Facilitate communication among the various stakeholders involved; Coordinate the use of Project Management and Project Collaboration tools; Participate in strategic and management consulting projects functional to redefine organizational and process arrangements useful to adequately support the transition to digital health; **Required skills**: Prior experience of 1-3 years; Knowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes; Knowledge of project management, BPM and BPR (Business Process Management and Redesign) principles; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of the English language. **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Economics and Management or related. **What we offer**: **Highly innovative projects**: our clients are facing, supported by PNRR resources, a momentous change in which digital transformation will drive the complete transformation of healthcare management processes according to the "One Health" paradigm; **Dynamic and challenging work context**: the specificity of the projects, the articulation of project teams to which PGMD figures of very high seniority belong offer the space for constant professional growth of the highest level; **Flexible working environment**: activities will be carried out both at client sites, at company facilities and in smartworking to ensure the best functioning of project teams and the achievement of project objectives; **Teamworking**: teamwork to achieve set goals combined with fun team building activities and corporate events; **Internationality**: we are a global reality with offices around the world such as Milan, Berlin, Seattle, Dallas and Paris, leading to collaboration and support on different projects among colleagues, developing a heterogeneous reality that allows a constant exchange of culture and perspective.
