Ricerchiamo per nostra azienda cliente, operante nel settore della ristorazione:
**HEAD CHEF**

La risorsa selezionata verrà inserita all'interno della realtà operante e si occuperà di:

- Creazione e realizzazione dei Menù
- Gestione e coordinamento della brigata di cucina
- Controllo e assicurazione della qualità e freschezza degli ingredienti
- Gestione inventario e ordini

**Requisiti**:
Sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Certificazione HACCP
- Ottime doti organizzative e di pianificazione
- Creatività nella creazione di nuovi piatti
- Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico

**Orario di lavoro**: full time 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì alla domenica su turni, con giorno di riposo compensativo
