**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aviation Business unit, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

We’re looking for an intern in the Program Management team.

This 6-month assignment will give a great opportunity to learn about the processes of a well-known multinational Company.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
With the continuous support of the tutor, the Intern will learn how to:

- Control program status, KPIs and milestones
- Identify risks and define mitigation actions
- Cooperate with the production on deliveries forecast
- Support non-conformities management on customer side
- Manage collections and solve relative issues
- Build and maintain customer relationship
- Build negotiation skills
- Get practice with Program Management Processes

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to balance multiple priorities.
- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Interest in the Aerospace Industry
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
