**Posizione**:
C.M.B. per importante progetto ospedaliero a **Pisa **ricerca una figura di **Project Control.**
A riporto del Direttore di Cantiere la risorsa si occuperà di:
- sviluppare gli strumenti di pianificazione e preventivazione della commessa, impostando e mantenendo aggiornato il programma lavori durante l’intero ciclo di vita del progetto;
- emettere il budget di produzione, redigere e aggiornare il piano finanziario, verificando i dati in fase di chiusura dei bilanci gestionali
- partecipare allo sviluppo dei programmi di approvvigionamento
- redigere la reportistica inerente la programmazione e le aree di propria competenza
**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:
- laurea in ingegneria edile, edile-architettura, civile o equivalente;
- pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2-4 anni, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati;
- conoscenza informatica avanzata di Microsoft Project e del Pacchetto Office;
- capacità relazionali, autonomia e proattività, orientamento al risultato.
