Quality Assurance Intern

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our Beauty (Pharma) team within the Home, Personal & Beauty Care Business Unit based in Calenzano, Italy.

- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, product compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- How your agenda looks like:

- Support the Quality Assurance team in monitoring product quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and applicable regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Review and approve batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Support internal and external audits (regulatory inspections and client audits).
- Participate in quality risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D) to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping according to internal procedures.
- Draft protocols and reports for the validation studies of equipment, systems, processes, suppliers, and cleaning procedures.
- Draft the calibration, qualification, and maintenance plan for measuring instruments.
- Conduct training in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
- Your team:
As an intern in QA field, you will work closely with QA Coordinator and QAC Technicians in order to monitor and assure the best standards in terms of quality and compliance of our raw materials, packaging materials and products.
- What makes you a great fit:

- Bachelor’s degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines (EU/FDA).
- Experience with QMS, deviations, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
