**This position can be remote or hybrid in: Copenhagen (Denmark), Heidelberg (Germany), Milan (Italy), Seattle (Washington, USA), Boulder or Longmont (Colorado, USA).**

**SUMMARY**:
The **Market Intelligence Manager** is a full-time professional position that works with senior management to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of markets and competitors.

The role will utilize various information sources and research techniques to develop an in-depth understanding of the CDMO market per modality (mammalian, microbial, cell & gene therapy, pDNA and mRNA) and build an industry-best competitor intelligence tool and track the latest trends within the biotech and pharma space.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop a comprehensive and dynamic competitive landscape for relevant modalities and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Track and analyze the latest trends within the biotech and pharma space and assess their impact on AGC Biologics
- Track and analyze M&A activity and biotech IPO and funding trends and assess their impact on AGC Biologics
- Responsible for preparing insightful market and business intelligence material for Executive Management and the Board presentations
- Responsible for preparing the quarterly Market Intelligence report and hosting the quarterly Market Intelligence Meeting with senior management
- Managing AGC's licenses of market intelligence databases and serving as the key end user of these databases
- Analyze potential market and product gaps across AGC Biologics' offerings

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Self driven / proactive
- Team player with effective collaboration skills

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Master / MBA within Business / Life Sciences or related field
- Proven experience working with market analysis
- Deep understanding of competitive landscape within biologics (mammalian, microbial, mRNA, pDNA and cell & gene therapy), and value proposition within this area
