As part of the Merchandising team, this position will report to the Head of Merchandising and Operations and will support the development of a profitable and efficient assortment through close collaboration with the Product, Sourcing, and Sales teams.
**Main activities & accountabilities**:
Consistently drive analysis of collections performance through data to implement most effective price architecture, product assortment and updates through milestones
Work collaboratively with product, sourcing and sales team to meet seasonal range plan targets and KPIs
Management of the entire development process up to the presentation and approval of the collection
Autonomy in carrying out analyses that can support current and long-term strategic choices
Ability to assess the right cost-benefit trade-off of each decision during the development of the collection
Monitoring of the main kpi to assess the efficiency and profitability of the collection

**Requirements**:
Bachelor or Master Degree
3+ years’ experience in a Merchandising environment
Fluent English both spoken and written
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence key stake holders.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Deep understanding of product & calendars across cross functional teams
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity and proactivity in approaching problems
